Welcome to LIA, a blockchain intelligence platform operated by Domus Crypto S.r.l. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using LIA's services, website, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use LIA, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from accessing the Services under applicable laws
• Comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Description of Services

LIA is an AI-powered blockchain intelligence platform that provides:

• Portfolio Analysis: Real-time analysis of your cryptocurrency portfolio
• AI Chatbot: Natural language interface for querying portfolio data
• Read-Only Integration: Secure connection to cryptocurrency exchanges (read-only access only)
• Insights and Reports: AI-generated insights about your holdings and transactions
• Risk Analysis: Portfolio risk assessment and diversification recommendations

Important: LIA operates in read-only mode. We never have the ability to execute trades, withdraw funds, or perform any transactions on your behalf.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of LIA, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your email address, Telegram ID, and birth year.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your API keys are created with read-only permissions only

4.3 API Keys

When connecting exchange accounts, you must provide API keys with read-only permissions. We will never request or accept API keys with trading, withdrawal, or transfer permissions. You acknowledge that providing incorrect API key permissions may expose your account to unauthorized access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access the Services
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Services to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering
• Violate any intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Company Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by Domus Crypto S.r.l. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6.3 User Data

You retain all rights to your portfolio data and personal information. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: LIA provides informational and analytical services only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. We are not registered as an investment advisor or broker-dealer.

7.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or insights provided through the Services. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7.3 "As Is" Basis

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domus Crypto S.r.l. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency holdings, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Third-Party Services

LIA integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
• Any losses resulting from third-party service outages or errors
• The privacy practices or terms of service of third-party providers
• Any fees charged by third-party services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Beta Program

During the closed beta phase (starting November 15, 2025):

• The Services are provided on a trial basis and may contain bugs or errors
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• We may limit the number of users or usage capacity
• Beta access may be terminated at any time at our sole discretion
• Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Services

10. Fees and Payment

During the beta period, access to LIA is provided free of charge to waitlist participants. We reserve the right to introduce fees for the Services in the future. If we do so, we will provide advance notice and allow you to opt out before any charges are applied.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brescia, Italy.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
